Discretion isn't a paid upgrade or something you have to request. It's simply how every order leaves.

What your package looks like
- A plain brown or white cardboard box, or a plain padded mailer — no color, no branding, no texture that stands out.
- No HOTJIJI logo, store name, product names, photos, or words like "adult", "intimate", or "sex toy" anywhere on the outside.
- No catalogs, flyers, stickers, or marketing materials attached to or printed on the outer packaging.
- A neutral, everyday company name on the return label — never our brand.
- A standard carrier shipping label with your delivery address, exactly like any ordinary online parcel.

What the return label shows
The return label carries a neutral company name — not HOTJIJI, and nothing that hints at the contents. As with any parcel, the carrier label may show an origin city or state as required for shipping, but there is no description of the goods anywhere on the outside.
How the charge appears on your statement
Your card, bank, or payment statement shows a discreet, neutral billing descriptor — no HOTJIJI name and no product names. The exact wording varies slightly by payment provider, but it reads like an ordinary, unremarkable charge.
Inside the box
- Each item is individually sealed to protect hygiene and the product itself.
- A simple packing slip lists your order number and items, so you can confirm everything arrived (and so returns are easy) — it stays inside the box, seen only by you.
- Where applicable, a care card covers cleaning, charging, lubricant compatibility, and storage.
- Your items are cushioned for transit with plain, everyday packing materials.
Signature, delivery spots & gift orders
- Signature on delivery is optional — it's required only if you select that option at checkout; otherwise the carrier follows its normal delivery process.

Can I ask for extra discretion, like signature on delivery?

Is the packaging recyclable?
Our plain outer boxes and paper mailers are widely accepted in curbside recycling programs — just remove the shipping label first. Plastic-free disposal varies by location, so please follow your local rules.
What if the outer package looks damaged when it arrives?
Your products are individually sealed inside. If anything looks damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging, and we'll make it right under our Refund Policy.
